E-glass chopped strands are classified into two categories: one is
thermosetting (BMC), thermoplastic (PA, PP, PBT, PET, AMS). Product features:
Excellent convergence, low static, low softflocks contents.
Good temperature resistance, extremely low chromatic aberration
Good interface character with basal body of resin.
Good flexibility and distribution in resin.
Good physical and chemical property for composite material.
To adopt from resin acceptor of silane
To adopt from specialized treating compound, for good compatibility
with basal body of resin. Good processability, good fluidness in dry state, good distribution
in injection moulding, good mechanical strength and presentation
quality. |
Product application:
Being widely used in moulding plastic,FRPproducts, inspection
shaft, some components with european art style and plasterboard,
being reinforced chopped fiberglass in the shape of isoceles
triangle, being every kind of reinforced fiberglass used in
asbestos shingle, fiberglass strands length ranges from 3mm to 12
mm.Being applicable for the material PA, PP, PBT, PET, AMS etc,
functioned as being reinforced, insulated, heat insulation,
noisedamping and so on. Technical parameter:
1.Fiber diameter: 9-13m
2.Chopped strands length: 3mm;4.5mm;6mm;9mm;12mm ( we can produce
some customized products with special requirement according to
customers’ demands)
3.Suitable resin: PA, PBT, PET, PP etc.
4. water ratio0.10%
Manner of packing:
Fiberglass chopped strands is wrapped up with plastic bag for
inside lining, woven bag outside. Being palletized, every pallet
can load 40 bags or 44 bags. Each bag contains 20 kilogram or 25
kilogram.
